Sun, almonds and murder mystery

Welcome to a new murder mystery series set in southern Spain

There’s nothing I like better than cosying up with a murder mystery, especially if it’s set away from the drab, cold winter days we’re used to in the UK. And while I like historical crime books like the Cadfael stories, I love an easy-to-read book that whisks me off to another place but informs me at the same time. That’s the aim of the Almeria Mysteries.

Set in the province of Almeria in Spain where the sun shines for 320 days a year and almond blossom blooms from late January to mid February, the Almeria Mysteries will take place throughout the region. As you’ll discover there are plenty of places for mysteries – and murder – to happen.

Lubrín is one place you’ll become familiar with but it’s not just the towns and the villages that you’ll get to know. There are the local festivals, the food, even some history – plenty for you and our heroine to learn about while solving the many mysteries that occur.

Larceny in Lubrín’ the first book in the series is out now - I hope you enjoy it…
